Sistem Repositori Sektor Awam (RASA) is an application repository system that records and stores application system information of public sector agencies related to the development of application systems and the technology used. The repository aims to help the Government make the right decisions to support the benefits of government investment and obtain value for money through the implementation of a high-impact smart application system.

The collection of application system information in the RASA System will be able to:

1. reduce the development of overlapping systems
2. improve data sharing capabilities
3. regulate application system development standards
4. contribute to project cost savings

How to use the RASA System:

This system is divided into 3 roles namely Organization Administrator, Registrar Officer and Approving Officer. Universiti Putra Malaysia uses an application system information approach referred to through the 4ivens System which has been developed by the Information and Communication Development Center (iDEC). The ICT Infostructure, Infrastructure and Inventory System (4iVENS) is an internally developed system for centrally managing infostructure information, infrastructure and inventory of ICT systems.
