STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT
Strategic management is an ongoing process that needs to be implemented by an agency including several important elements such as:
- understand the strategic position of the agency;
- identify and develop strategy and program options;
- implement selected strategies and programs;
- evaluate the achievement of the prescribed implementation; and so on
- make appropriate improvements
