The UPM Digitization Plan 2021-2025 refers to the Public Sector Digitization Plan as well as the Higher Education Ministry's Digitization Plan and is based on the university's mission and vision. To ensure digitization can be realized, several programs have been listed and need to collaborate with other entities at Universiti Putra Malaysia.

The program is categorized according to 5 main scopes which are:

1. Policies, Policies and Guidelines
2. ICT infrastructure
3. ICT infostructure
4. Smart Compound
5. Continuity of Service

Each scope has been listed program and is in the process of implementation. Hopefully the digitization plan can be implemented successfully.
