1. Installation of new set of phones with prefix 03-9769 (hardphone & softphone) at each PTJ which began on 17 August 2018, was completed on 29 March 2019. Briefing and guidance to the staff was implemented during the installation process.
2. Damage to the Ericsson MD110 PABX System that supports online service 8946xxxx (35 years old) and not economical to repair.
3. Damage Cisco Call Manager Server that supports online service 8947xxxx (12 years old), has suffered damage and can not be repaired.
Informed that all eligible staff are supplied with their own phone number can install Putracomm softphone applications on their respective smartphones. This phone number will stay with the staff until the service is over and brought together when moving to the Department or Responsibility Center (PTJ) at UPM. Only online links with PTJ only will stay local like Dean's number, Director, Head of Department and so on.
Given the current financial allocation constraints, limited set of telephone sets (hard-wired) are limited. Therefore, the JPU has agreed that not all staff will be provided with the desk set and the distribution should be based on the priority and importance of the following duties:

• Secretary / Assistant Secretary / Administrative Assistant
• Administrative / Financial Staff
• Customer Counter

Universiti Putra Malaysia took note of the decision of the National Security Council (MKN) Special Session, to implement the Conditional Movement Control Order (PKPB), from 14 October 2020 to 27 October 2020, in the state of Selangor, WP Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya as a measure to prevent the spread of COVID epidemics -19. ** LOGO DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS
2.1 The creation and design of the logo must be new and original and not contain elements that could be considered sensitive and could offend any religion, culture and beliefs of any race.
2.2 The logo should reflect the latest wifi technology features.
2.3 Being creative, the creator highlights the logo that is simple, easy to understand, not too complex, and should be futuristic and modern.
3.4 The Organizer is not responsible if there are any claims from third parties on the logo work produced.
3.5 Entries will be disqualified if it is found that the work submitted is not original/ plagiarized from any local work or from abroad.
3.6 Logo design must use UPM color elements3.7 Participants can suggest a slogan or motto that is suitable for Putra®Premium
3.8 The logo design must be submitted in accordance with the following rules:
i. Produced in A4 paper/ medium size.
ii. Can be sent in soft copy

3.9 The designer must provide a brief description or meaning in English or Bahasa Malaysia for each logo design, symbol or color used on the logo produced.

4.1 The evaluation will be made by an appointed Panel of Assessors. The decision of the Assessing Panel is final.
4.2 For entries submitted, participants must agree to the conditions set and any claims or objections will not be entertained.
4.3 The judging panel and the competition secretariat reserve the right to cancel the participation if it is found not to comply with the conditions set.
