Public Complaints Management System (SISPAA)

SISPAA is an application system developed by the Public Complaints Bureau of the Prime Minister's Department to manage feedback on complaints, appreciation, inquiries, and suggestions from the public regarding government agency services.

The functions of SISPAA include:

  1. Managing public complaints online regarding government services, allowing for quick and accurate actions to be taken.
  2. Providing the main complaints management service portal for government agencies.
  3. Offering a complaint channel to facilitate the public in submitting complaints, in line with the digital transformation of the public sector through inclusive and integrated service delivery systems.
  4. This system also provides a data collection module for smart management, generating reports, analyses, and sharing and integrating data efficiently among all parties involved in public complaints management.
