Branding Innovation for Quality

The celebration of Service Quality and Innovation Day (HKIP), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) 2023/2024 was held on 20 November 2024 (Wednesday) at the Great Hall, Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Culture and Arts Center (PKKSSAAS), UPM. The 9th UPM HKIP Celebration Ceremony 2023/2024 was jointly organized by the Center for Quality Assurance (CQA) and the Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Culture and Arts Center (PKKSSAAS), UPM.

The objectives of the organization are as follows:

  1. Increase the competitiveness of UPM citizens regarding the importance of innovation and creativity in the implementation of work;
  2. Nurturing and strengthening the cultural values ​​of innovation and creativity at UPM;
  3. Realizing the practice of process, approach and culture based on innovative and creative features in services; and
  4. Contribute to improving the quality of service delivery to customers.

 

There are as many as 🥇 10 Awards and 🎁 2 Prizes that have been contested with an evaluation period by the Award/Prize Leader from 1 August 2023 to 31 July 2024. This ceremony is a special field to recognize the contribution and involvement of staff and PTJ at UPM who are excellent in implementing practices Cultivating quality as well as applying elements of creativity and innovation in service.
