Strengthening the Quality of ICT Services through customer satisfaction surveys

5 July 2022, Serdang : Customer Satisfaction is an important aspect for agencies or service providers to obtain relevant feedback to improve service quality. The Customer Feedback Committee, InfoComm Development Center (iDEC) took the initiative to implement the Customer Satisfaction Survey Question Review Workshop to be distributed to the staff of Universiti Putra Malaysia.

All services need to get feedback for the purpose of continuous improvement. There are a total of 27 questions that cover the entire ICT services at UPM. However, a review of questions has been implemented and there has been a change to the number of questions.
