EKSA is an initiative introduced by the Public Service Department (JPA) to enhance the quality of the public sector working environment through systematic, clean, and efficient work culture practices. The EKSA assessment involves audits of the physical office environment, document management, cleanliness, safety, and workplace innovation.
The assessment session was carried out by appointed EKSA auditors: Madam Sharifah Aflinda Syed Abdullah (CALC) as Chief Auditor, Madam Sabariah Nik (WAZAN), and Ms. Nursyazwina Fatini Abdul Manaf (PPDN). The areas evaluated covered all EKSA zones within iDEC, including Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Sigma, and the ICT Section.
This assessment proves that adherence to EKSA guidelines has successfully fostered a professional and disciplined work culture among the staff. Continuous effort and commitment from all iDEC staff are essential to maintain excellence in the Second-Level EKSA Assessment in 2026.
