Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) Quality and Innovation Services (HKIP) Celebration was successfully implemented on 2 November 2018 at the Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Center for Cultural Arts (PKKSSAAS), Universiti Putra Malaysia.
