Serdang, 25 November 2022 : Let's make DOME a success together! The abbreviation DOME stands for Development, Operational, Management and Others. Director of iDEC, Ts. Mohd. Faizal Daud gave a briefing on the role of the Information and Communication Development Center (iDEC), its responsibilities and then gave words of encouragement to continue the fight for ICT at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM).

UPM's Performance Indicator consisting of 48 KPIs, iDEC is the main entity in the KPI "Realizing a Smart Campus" through Putra Smart Classroom.

iDEC also plays a role in implementing the Vice Chancellor's 11 Aspirations where there are 7 implementations that need to be successful as below:

The main key to all major programs "Realizing a Smart Campus" at UPM for a period of 5 years is the Putra Smart Classroom. Other activities are also being implemented and hopefully the planned ones will be realized.

At the end of the ceremony, iDEC held a handover session for wheelchair donations, donations for each building's surau as well as donations to iDEC staff members who excelled in the UPKK exams for 2021.
