25 May 2024, Kedah: The Information Management Division (BPM), Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) Malaysia has organized the 2024 KPT E2E Service Enhancement Workshop held at Bella Vista Waterfront Langkawi. Agencies under MOHE are involved in this workshop and have been joined by all E2E coordinators (or representatives).

Services are divided into 2 categories, namely End-To-End (E2E) and Non-End-To-End (BE2E). BE2E is divided into 3 more as shown in the diagram below.

The workshop program is as follows:

Certificates of appreciation were presented to coordinators or agency representatives who have achieved E2E status for 90% and above (80% target by 2025). In order to keep the participants focused, a quiz session with questions about E2E was held and the winners from 5th to 1st place were given prizes.

Hopefully agencies under KPT will continue to reach the E2E service category.
