Serdang, 6 April 2026 – The InfoComm Development Centre (iDEC) is responsible for managing ICT projects. In this regard, to ensure that officers are continuously equipped with relevant knowledge and information, the ICT Project Management Section (SPP), Planning and ICT Governance Division (BSG), organized an ICT Project Management Training.

This training aimed to enhance the quality of project management to be more efficient and effective. This initiative is important to ensure that every project can be implemented and completed according to the defined scope, cost, timeline, and quality standards.

The training was held at the Exa and Zetta Training Rooms, iDEC Alpha, with the participation of 53 iDEC officers. The program was delivered by two speakers, Ts. Norazlin Yusof and Ts. Juraidah Mohamad Amin. In addition, the training session was complemented with quizzes to ensure participants’ understanding of the content delivered.

The objectives of the course are as follows:
a. To identify the phases in ICT project management based on the PPrISA Methodology.
b. To strengthen officers’ capabilities in managing ICT projects professionally and effectively.
c. To enhance the effectiveness of project implementation and contribute to overall organizational performance.

The SPP hopes that this training will empower officers with relevant knowledge and skills in ICT project management.
