Seminar Hall, Faculty of Engineering, UPM, 23 May 2019 : ISO Document Harmonization Workshop Quality Management System (SPK) 2019 was held on 23 May 2019 (Thursday) at 9.00am - 4.00 pm at Seminar Hall, Faculty of Engineering, UPM.
The workshop was held as a result of the Adjustment Discussion and Corrective Action Status in conjunction with the SPK Internal Audit held on 22 April 2019 and aims to:
i) Take action on the findings of NCR Internal Audit QMS iDEC 2019 and the Findings OFI Internal Audit QMS iDEC 2019
ii) Coordinate, improve and harmonize all SPK QMS documents
The workshop was attended by all Process Leaders of ICT Development Procedures, ICT Maintenance Procedures and ICT Service Procedures with their respective teams. The final results of the finalized SPK QMS document will be forwarded to CQA for uploading to the e-iso portal.
