Sepang, 23 July 2025 – The Information Management Division of the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE), in collaboration with Enfrasys Solutions Sdn. Bhd., organized the Microsoft 365 Application Administrator Workshop Series 1 under the Centralized Microsoft 365 Contract on 23 and 24 July 2025 at Hotel Ibis Styles Sepang, KLIA.

The event, officiated by a representative from MOHE, was specifically tailored for Microsoft 365 administrators from public universities across Malaysia. Mr. Mohamad Hafiz bin Mohamad Zamri and Mr. Rosrizal Mohd Zain from the Information and Communication Development Centre attended the workshop as representatives of Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM).

Over the two-day program, interactive learning sessions covered topics including an introduction to Microsoft 365, portal and account management, the use of Microsoft Copilot, email management, security, collaboration through Microsoft Teams, OneDrive management, endpoint handling, and email security.

Through this workshop, participants had the opportunity to exchange ideas, share experiences, and build professional networks with fellow administrators from different institutions.

The workshop aims to strengthen the technical skills of Microsoft 365 administrators in public universities, thereby supporting MOHE's aspiration to expand the use of digital collaboration technologies in the country’s higher education sector.
