Serdang, October 2025 – The staff of iDEC warmly welcome new member who have joined the organization this month. Their presence is expected to further strengthen the organization’s expertise and capabilities in delivering excellent services to both staff and clients.

The new staff member reporting for duty is Mr. Muhammad Haikal Shah bin Suleiman Alamshah, Assistant Information Technology Officer from the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology, UPM, who has been transferred to iDEC effective 1 October 2025.

The presence of Mr. Muhammad Haikal Shah bin Suleiman Alamshah at iDEC is expected to further strengthen the organisation’s capacity, particularly in supporting the implementation of information and communication technology (ICT) at UPM.

As an Information Technology Assistant Officer, he will work alongside the iDEC team in contributing to the enhancement of ICT service delivery efficiency and supporting the university’s digitalisation agenda.

iDEC extends a warm welcome and its highest appreciation to Mr. Muhammad Haikal Shah bin Suleiman Alamshah for joining the iDEC family. We hope that his presence will bring added value, fresh ideas and positive synergy towards strengthening UPM’s ICT services.
