Serdang, 7 October 2025 – The Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Briefing on iDEC Quality Process 2025 was successfully held to strengthen the understanding and implementation of quality management practices among staff of the Information and Communication Development Centre (iDEC), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM).
The briefing aimed to enhance awareness of quality procedures, documentation standards, and continuous improvement initiatives in line with UPM’s Quality Management System. Participants were briefed on key process improvements, including service delivery standards and effective documentation practices, to ensure compliance with university and ISO requirements.
Through this briefing, iDEC reaffirms its commitment to maintaining excellence in administrative and technical operations, while cultivating a culture of continuous quality improvement among its staff.
