iDEC EKSA Committee Participates in Benchmarking Visits to Strengthen EKSA Best Practices

SERDANG, 30 June 2026 – The EKSA (Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem) Committee of the InfoComm Development Centre (iDEC), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), participated in two benchmarking visits in June 2026 as part of its continuous efforts to strengthen EKSA implementation through the exchange of best practices and organisational excellence.

On 24 June 2026, a delegation comprising members of the KPZ and iDEC EKSA Committees conducted a benchmarking visit to the Kajang Municipal Council (MPKJ). The visit involved nine (9) members of the iDEC EKSA Committee, providing an opportunity to observe the council's EKSA implementation, exchange knowledge, and learn about effective workplace management practices that promote a conducive, systematic, and high-quality working environment.

Subsequently, on 26 June 2026, the iDEC EKSA Committee carried out a benchmarking visit to the Bursar's Office, Universiti Putra Malaysia, with the participation of nine (9) committee members. The visit enabled participants to gain valuable insights into the office's EKSA initiatives and best practices in fostering a culture of quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

These benchmarking visits served as valuable platforms for knowledge sharing, networking, and identifying best practices that can be adapted to further enhance EKSA implementation within iDEC. The initiative also reinforces iDEC's commitment to cultivating a conducive, innovative, and well-organised workplace while supporting UPM's aspiration for organisational excellence and quality service delivery.

Through continuous learning and collaboration, iDEC remains committed to strengthening its EKSA practices and fostering a culture of excellence that contributes to the University's ongoing transformation and sustainable development.
