Planning and Governance Division, Information and Communication Development Center (iDEC) organized the iDEC 2018 Achievement Monitoring Workshop on April 18, 2018 at 8.30am to 5.00 pm at the Lecture Marketing Room (UGC), Universiti Pertanian Malaysia, Universiti Putra Malaysia.

Pre-workshop is aimed at revising, detailing and providing clear measurement methods for iDEC Quality Objectives comprising Performance Indicator Index (KPI), Client's Charter and Functional and Level Action Plan. Participants consist of all Head of Section and Head of Section.

Assignments are given in accordance with the KPI iDEC title and participants are divided into five (5) groups as follows:

1. ICT Support and Recovery Services
2. ICT maintenance ICT Security Incidents, Broadband Guarantee and Network Availability
3. Availability of University Main System
4. ICT development
