ICT Procurement Management in line with PPrISA

Kuala Lumpur, 14th May 2023 : Bengkel Pengurusan Projek ICT organized by the Information Management Division (BPM), Ministry of Higher Education (KPT) was held to share the best management methods and ways to handle problematic projects in the ICT Steering Committee (JPICT). This workshop aims to coordinate and monitor the implementation of ICT projects at KPT and is attended by the project owner and the agency's JPICT secretariat.

In line with the Public Sector ICT Project Management Guidelines (PPrISA) issued by the Malaysian Administration and Management Planning Modernization Unit (MAMPU), Public Sector agencies need to make PPrISA a comprehensive guide for managing ICT projects. The speaker who made this workshop a success was Puan Noorizam from BPM KPT, Dr. Inthrani Shammugam and Mrs. Nursyahida Arboin from MAMPU.

The closing ceremony of the workshop was completed by Datuk Dr Mohd Zabri bin Yusof, Deputy Secretary General (Management and Development), Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia.

Hopefully, with the guidance that has been shared, it will be able to be a reference for project owners and JPICT agency secretariat.
