On April 12, 2019, UPM's InfoComm Development Centre (iDEC) received delegation from the UTHM’s Information Technology Centre (PTM). The visit was a follow-up to a video conference held on 14 March 2019 which was arranged by iDEC's Application Management Technical Committee (JTPA). The visit was one of UTHM's 'ICT benchmarking' series of events aimed at sharing information on project management which has become part of the standard operating procedure at UPM and UIAM. All delegates from PTM UTHM were briefed by Head of Application Development Division, iDEC on current UPM work practices related to application development such as:

1. UPM’s System Application Development/Procurement Process
2. Application System Feasibility Study Evaluation
3. Distribution of Application System Development Project
4. Use of tools in Project Management for Application Development
5. Standardization process of Application Development Work
6. REFTApp and iDEC SEAShell Framework Presentation
