20 November 2024, Serdang : The Workplace Environment Quality Award is a recognition to PTJ that shows a high commitment to a healthy, safe, and productive workplace environment. The award assesses various aspects of the work environment, including employee well-being, safety, management practices, as well as the provision of facilities that support work-life balance.

Infocomm Development Center (iDEC) is proud to won first place in Group A for the Workplace Environment Quality Award (EKSA) and was crowned Overall Champion in conjunction with Service Quality and Innovation Day, Universiti Putra Malaysia. This glorious ceremony was held at the Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Cultural Center (PKSAAS).

Seriousness in ensuring that the workplace is always comfortable and conducive, is a big challenge considering the number of employees and having more than one building. The strong spirit fostered will continue so that the culture of the workplace ecosystem is always in a good and comfortable condition. Hopefully iDEC will continue to be the best icon in providing a conducive work environment.
