14 May 2025, Serdang – The Information and Communication Development Centre (iDEC) received a benchmarking visit for EKSA from the Quality Assurance Centre of UPM.

A total of seven delegates from the Quality Assurance Centre attended the visit. A briefing on the implementation of EKSA at iDEC was delivered by Ms. Azhana Abdullah, the EKSA Coordinator at iDEC, followed by a sharing session on EKSA implementation at the Quality Assurance Centre. The delegates were then taken on a tour of the iDEC environment at InfoPort to observe various EKSA activities in the EKSA Zones Alpha, Gamma, and Sigma.

Overall, this visit provided an opportunity for knowledge sharing and the exchange of ideas in implementing EKSA at each respective department.
