12 September 2025, Serdang: The Information and Communication Development Centre (iDEC) received an EKSA benchmarking visit from the Library and the School of Graduate Studies.

The first group consisted of 15 delegates from the Library, while the second group comprised 12 delegates from the School of Graduate Studies. A briefing on the implementation of EKSA at iDEC was delivered by Mrs. Azhana Abdullah, EKSA Coordinator of iDEC, followed by a sharing session on EKSA practices. The delegates were then taken on a tour around iDEC at InfoPort to observe various EKSA activities at EKSA Zones Alpha, Gamma, and Sigma.

Overall, this benchmarking visit provided a valuable platform for knowledge sharing and the exchange of ideas in implementing EKSA at their respective departments.
