15 May 2025, Serdang – The Information and Communication Development Centre (iDEC) received an EKSA benchmarking visit from the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology (FSKTM) and the Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Arts and Culture Centre (PKKSSAAS).

The first group consisted of eight delegates from FSKTM, while the second group included fourteen delegates from PKKSSAAS. A briefing on the implementation of EKSA at iDEC was delivered by Ms. Azhana Abdullah, EKSA Coordinator at iDEC, followed by a sharing session on EKSA implementation.

The delegates were then taken on a tour of the iDEC environment at InfoPort to observe various EKSA activities in EKSA Zones Alpha, Gamma, and Sigma.

Overall, the visit provided a valuable platform for knowledge sharing and the exchange of ideas for implementing EKSA in their respective departments.
