Serdang, 13 December 2021: Organizations that always ensure the quality and quality of services need to go through audit sessions either internally or by SIRIM which is the leading body in Malaysia in certification, inspection and testing services on par with international practice. The InfoComm Development Center (iDEC) this time was involved in an audit session for the scope of ISMS. Each process that is implemented refers to the procedures, guidelines or work instructions that have been developed.

The ISMS auditor involved for this session is Mrs. Suhaila Ariffin. iDEC is very grateful for all the cooperation given by all the highly experienced Auditees and AUditors. All improvements that have been informed will be taken into account to further strengthen the quality and quality of iDEC services.
