• Ms. Nurul Fatihah Md Marham from the Application Development Division on her promotion to Information Technology Officer, Grade F10, effective 1 June 2026.
• Mr. Hishamuddin Abd Samat from the ICT Infrastructure Division on his promotion to Assistant Information Technology Officer, Grade FA6, effective 22 June 2026.

This achievement reflects the dedication, commitment, and continuous effort demonstrated in carrying out their duties and contributing to the delivery of quality ICT services. The promotion is also expected to serve as a catalyst for further enhancing their competencies, strengthening their professionalism, and exploring new approaches in fulfilling their responsibilities in line with the university’s digital transformation agenda.

As members of iDEC, their achievement is not only a source of pride for the individuals concerned but also reflects the strength and excellence of the iDEC workforce as a whole. Their contributions, expertise, and experience are expected to continue supporting the university’s digitalisation agenda and strengthening information and communication technology services at UPM.
