Competency Along with Quality


Serdang, October 9 2020 : What is competence? Knowledge and skills to perform a task efficiently or successfully is the meaning of competence. There are ten (10) keys to success, namely:

  • Team work
  • Responsibility
  • Commercial awareness
  • Decision Making
  • Communication
  • Leadership
  • Trustworthiness and ethics
  • Results orientation
  • Problem solving
  • Organisational skills


The level of success of an organization depends on the quality of its employees. Without efficient and quality human resources, many organizations cannot thrive in terms of quality.

Although there are changes in the organization, as employees we should:

  • Acceptance of new knowledge and skills in performing tasks
  • Creativity in performing tasks in different ways
  • Blending new technologies in the workplace also provides a quality experience
  • Employees need to change and equip themselves with the skills to meet new challenges


All iDEC staff are urged to always cultivate SPK no matter where we are placed to work and CHANGE ATTITUDE and EDUCATE SELF to be competent and quality EMPLOYEES

As the saying goes "SILANG berpangkal, KERJA berjunjung" which means in every job there must be a head or head to be safe and "Memikul di BAHU, Menjunjung di KEPALA" which is to do the work in the right way.
