Serdang, 16 November 2022 : What can give an impact to the organization? Universiti Putra Malaysia Counselling Division has organized the Cemerlang Individu Cemerlang Organisasi program or CICO for short which is a tour program to each UPM Responsibility Center (PTJ). The Infocomm Development Center (iDEC) is very pleased with the presence of the BKU team led by Mrs. Kamariah Derasol who is the speaker of the program.

The difference in the program is that it is interspersed with light physical activities such as ball throwing which requires the involvement of all the participants present. This activity gives the impact that cooperation is very important to ensure that the organization can provide the best service. In addition, comfort at a certain level will cause productivity or focus to decrease and changes will need to be implemented to ensure the availability and success of the organization.

Hopefully the iDEC staff will be able to apply and utilize the information obtained during the CICO@iDEC 2022 program.
