24 July 2024, Kuala Lumpur: The Enterprise EA Webinar titled Business And IT Leadership In Exploring Enterprise Architecture Based On Artificial Intelligence was organized by the National Administration Institute (INTAN) online. This webinar aims to increase participants' understanding of the role of EA in helping organizations improve their capabilities, innovation and further achieve the organization's strategic goals. The panel members are experienced EA experts who have successfully implemented EA projects in the public sector. They will share their insights and experiences and provide practical guidance for implementing effective EA.

Through EA, an organization can make better investment decisions technology, service change, and organizational innovation. EA also supports organizations in facing rapid market and technology changes.

Governments that carry out public service functions by leveraging digital data: as the main pillar in the strategy of modernizing service delivery to meet people's expectations and reforming organizational administration as well as increasing economic competitiveness, gaining institutional trust and increasing public service productivity.
