ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE (EA) enables UPM to identify and streamline the services provided by understanding the structure, functions, services, work processes, data used, and applications and technologies that support UPM's services.

MAIN GOALS EA aligns the organization's mission, goals, and strategy with the technology and processes that support it, while ensuring transparency, efficiency, and compliance with regulations and standards.
