iDEC is directly involved through Multimedia & Video JKK. Among the duties and responsibilities of JK Multimedia & Video are as follows:
i. Assemble technical auditions of Audia Video at the Great Hall
ii. Perform video recording of Multi Camera Production.
iii. Implement Live Streaming to Facebook / YouTube
iv. Installing TV Display in parent's tent
v. Installing a Display Name System graduates.
vi. Providing a graduation card (mifare card)
vii. Circulars of graduation card
viii. Implementing the Graduate Name Display System
ix. Perform multimedia playback
x. Help provide E-book Convocation
xi. Helps ICT technical needs
