Monitoring Audit Revision Of QMS ISO 900:2015 & ISMS MS ISO/IEC 27001 At iDEC

Serdang, October 12, the InfoComm Development Center (IDEC) was directly involved as one of the PTJ audited in 2023 in the Quality Management System (QMS) ISO 9001:2015 Review Monitoring Audit on October 13, 2023 and the Information Security Management System (ISMS) MS ISO/IEC 27001 Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) on 12 and 13 October 2023.

For the scope of the QMS certification, the auditor involved is Mrs. Chua Mea Keng involving a scope that includes all pre-university teaching and learning activities, undergraduate (except Science Diploma pre-preparation) and Graduate, and support service activities.

While the scope of ISMS certification, the auditor involved is Dr. Noorul Halimin binti Mansol involves the scope of the undergraduate new student registration process which includes offer review activities to residential registration and the scope of the undergraduate teaching evaluation process at the faculty.

The auditing process has gone smoothly and has received full support from the management and all IDEC staff.
