Assalamualaikum and Salam Sejahtera,  It is with great pleasure to introduce myself to carry out my duties as Chief Digital Officer (CDO), Universiti Putra Malaysia. The main objective as CDO is to steer the university into the digital era, harnessing the power of technology to improve teaching, learning, research and administration processes. Together, we will harness the power of data analytics, artificial intelligence, and digital platforms to personalize learning experiences, streamline administrative processes, and foster collaboration and innovation across all facets of university life.  But perhaps most importantly, I am here to listen. Your insights, feedback, and ideas are invaluable as we chart the course for our digital journey. I encourage each and every one of you to actively engage as a team, as we work together to shape the future of Universiti Putra Malaysia.  Along with the CDO role which is: Lead digitization initiatives in ministries/agencies through the use of data, analytics and digital technology. Creating a data-driven culture in the public sector that practices a principle-based approach through the use of data and digital technology. Transforming the delivery of digital services in ministries/agencies focusing on customer experience based on the Whole-of-Government concept through innovation involving data sharing, open data and emerging technologies. Assess, coordinate, certify digital service requirements, Technical Service Design and development budget and manage agencies as implementers of digitization initiatives and projects. Leading change through the Alignment of the Digitalization Strategic Plan (PSP) of the Ministry/State/Agency Reporting the implementation and progress of digitization transformation to His Excellency the Chief Secretary of State (KSN) as Chairman of the Government Cluster under the Digital Economy Council and the National 4IR through the government cluster secretariat.   In closing, I am filled with optimism and excitement for the possibilities that lie ahead. Together, let us embrace the opportunities of the digital age and strive for excellence in all that we do. I pray that this transformation journey is blessed by Allah. Thank you. Wassalam
