A NEW METHOD FOR ICT SUPPORT, iDEC

For information starting 10 November 2022, the iDEC Helpdesk line - 03-9769 1990 and email idec_helpdesk@upm.edu.my will NO LONGER ACCEPT any complaints and inquiries. However, iDEC still accepts ICT-RELATED complaints and inquiries ONLY through the Whatsapp application on the same line (03-9769 1990) and a new email idec_ictsupport@upm.edu.my.

UPM ICT users can submit complaints, inquiries, suggestions or even convey ICT-related rewards through the following channels:
