5th July 2023, Serdang: The second series of the PutraBot Q&A session (Application) was held at Thinker Space 2.0, Faculty of Engineering, UPM. A total of 17 participants attended, consisting of staff from the Bahagian Operasi Aplikasi (BOA) who assisted in generating and improving questions and answers based on a specific application system. The session was facilitated by the Perkhidmatan Sokongan ICT, Bahagian Operasi Aplikasi (BOA), which was responsible for collecting questions and answers for this purpose.

The second series is a continuation of the PutraBot Q&A Session Series 1, which took place on 17th May 2023 at Zetta Training Room, iDEC Alpha. The session was attended by 19 participants, including Department Heads, Deputy Department Heads, Section Heads, Project Managers, and Operations Managers. Participants generated and improved questions and answers based on service categories within their respective departments. The questions and answers from Sessions 1 and 2 will be periodically reviewed and enhanced.

Previously, on 14th May 2023, at iDEC Alpha, a stress test study was conducted through the Bootpress ChatBot Stress Test Training Session. The objective of the session was to examine the performance and capability of the ChatBot application. As a result, a total of 20,840 clicks were successfully obtained from 40 participants who took part in a one-hour session.

Through these three activities, it is hoped that they will help in the preparation of questions and answers to meet the needs of the operating system users at UPM. Additionally, the selection of a suitable ChatBot can also be made.
