Serdang, 21 February 2024: The Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Culture and Arts Center (PKKSSAAS), Universiti Putra Malaysia has organized the Culture and Heritage Art Quiz Competition (Sebudi 2.0) held at the Trial Stage, PKKSSAAS UPM. This program is in the form of a competition open to PTJ at UPM.

The competition is conducted entirely in Bahasa Malaysia and the judging and scoring aspects are assessed based on the competition format by the organisers. Participants will be given questions related to art, culture, and heritage in Malaysia only, based on the category breakdown as follows:

1. Traditional Food
2. Visual Arts/Photography
3. Heritage Buildings/Sites
4. Iconic Buildings
5. National Literature
6. Malaysian Handicrafts
7. Customs and Local Culture
8. Performing Arts, Theatre, Dance,
9. Music and Others

Competition Method:

1. Screening will use the Kahoot application method for each question that will be given to participants.
2. Each participant will be divided into several groups according to the format agreed by the organizer.

The prizes offered are as follows:

1. Champion RM 700 + Certificate and Trophy
2. Runner-up RM 500 + Certificate and Trophy
3. 3rd Place RM 400 + Certificate and Trophy
4. 4th Place RM 300 + Certificate and Trophy
5. 5th Place RM 200 + Certificate and Trophy

Infocomm Development Center (iDEC) was represented by Ts. Norazlin Yusof, Azman Shah Mohd. Shahar and Mohd Firdauz Abd Hamid. iDEC has made it to the quarter final stage on 21 February 2024 with PTJ as follows:

iDEC was successful and qualified for the semi-finals and competed for the finals on 22 February 2024 with PTJ below:

iDEC did not make it to the finals. However, iDEC is proud to have made it all the way to the semi-finals. iDEC will continue to rise and participate in this heritage quiz in the future.
