September 20, 2023, Serdang: The Committee of EKSA iDEC organized a visit to Majlis Perbandaran Subang Jaya (MPSK) as one of EKSA's activities for the year 2023. This visit was attended by a total of 13 members of the Committee of EKSA iDEC.

The delegation from iDEC was taken on a tour of the MPSJ premises, which included customer counters, customer service rooms, control rooms, office spaces, and green activity areas. Many interesting ideas were observed as we were guided through each of these locations. In addition to having the opportunity to witness the weekly activities at MPSJ involving all staff as an initiative to strengthen relationships among MPSJ staff, a knowledge-sharing session related to EKSA was also conducted to fulfill the main purpose of the visit.

Overall, this visit activity successfully achieved its objective of providing exposure to the Committee of EKSA iDEC regarding the implementation of EKSA in other government agencies.
