The Delivery Application System (ero) ceremony was held on 12 October 2017 at 9.00 am at the Bursar Office Meeting Room, Putra Chancellery Building. This system was developed to automate the Requisition Order (RO) process in UPM which has been using manual method. With this system, the process can be implemented online.
The slide on the ero system was presented by Project Manager, Mr Rostam Abu Bakar who is also the Head of Data and Application Implementation Section, Information and Communication Development Center (iDEC).
Signing session was held between system applicants, Mrs. Ana Azrin (Senior Assistant Treasurer, Procurement Management Division) and Project Manager, Mr Rostam Abu Bakar. The session was witnessed by Mrs Hajah Faridah Abu Aman, Head of Application Development Division, iDEC and Mrs Mastura Abdul Rahim, Head of Procurement Management Division, Bursar's Office.
The ceremony was attended by officials from the Information and Communications Development Center (iDEC) Mrs Norazlin Yusof, Mrs Maisirah Amran and Mrs. Salwa Abd Sani. The ceremony also accompanied by officers from UPM Bursar's Office, Mrs. Yusri Hashim, Mrs. Nur Ezrin Abdol Rahim, Mrs. Azwani Abd Jalil, Puan Junaidah Md Isa, Puan Hasnah Adam, Mrs. Nurulhudah Hasan, Miss Saleha Adzman and Mrs. Yusnawati Mohd Isa.
