January 19, 2024, Serdang: The Information and Communication Development Center received a benchmark visit from the Student Affairs Division (BHEP) of UPM.

The BHEP delegation consisted of 13 members of the BHEP EKSA Committee, led by Ms. Noraihan Noordin, the Head of the Student Affairs Division. The visit began with a briefing session on the implementation of EKSA at iDEC and sharing the implementation of EKSA at BHEP. The delegation was then taken to visit the iDEC environment at InfoPort to witness various EKSA activities in the Alpha, Gamma, and Sigma EKSA Zones.

One of the purposes of the BHEP visit was to see how uniformity elements are implemented in each iDEC building, considering that BHEP also has several staff placement locations at UPM.

Overall, this visit activity has successfully achieved the objective of providing exposure to the BHEP EKSA Committee regarding the implementation of EKSA at iDEC.
