ICT Security Section

The ICT Security Section is responsible to: 

1. manage and monitor the entire operation of the Campus Area Network UPM (UPMNet).
2. manage and monitor the main leasing connection from the Internet Service Provider (ISP) in UPM for the consumption of UPMNet users. 
3. perform preventive and corrective maintenance related to UPMNet network
4. design, manage and monitor network system development projects for existing or new buildings of Cost Centres (PTJ) of UPM.
5. monitor and analyse the effectiveness of UPMNet network usage.
6. perform service continuity management related to network disaster recovery.
7. provide expertise advisory and consultancy services regarding network and ICT security.
8. manage, monitor, and provide advise on prevention of ICT security threats in UPM.
9. manage risk evaluation and ICT service continuity.
