1. ICT Development Process Coordinator

  1. Checking and implementing the ICT development process is running smoothly;
  2. Become a reference expert for ICT Development Procedures;
  3. Ensuring the Document Amendment Proposal Development Procedure (CPD) process if there are any improvements;
  4. Monitor the implementation of ICT Development Procedures; and
  5. Prepare ICT Maintenance report every half year.

 

2. ICT Maintenance Process Coordinator

  1. Become a reference expert for ICT Maintenance Procedures;
  2. Ensuring the ICT Maintenance Procedure process runs smoothly;
  3. Review and implement the Document Amendment Proposal (CPD) process if there are any improvements;
  4. Monitor the implementation of ICT Maintenance Procedures; and
  5. Prepare ICT Maintenance report every half year.

 

3. ICT Services Process Coordinator

  1. Become a reference expert for ICT Service Procedures;
  2. Ensuring the ICT Service Procedure process runs smoothly;
  3. Review and implement the Document Amendment Proposal (CPD) process if there are any improvements;
  4. Monitor the implementation of ICT Service Procedures; and
  5. Provide ICT Service reports every quarter.

 

4. ICT Application Operations Coordinator

  1. Plan, coordinate, implement and monitor activities related to application operations;
  2. Coordinate and monitor the achievement of Quality Objectives, Customer Charters and KPIs related to services provided by the Application Operations Division;
  3. and Coordinate and implement improvements to documentation, processes and application operational services
