Responsibilities of the UPM ICT Working Committee (JKICT) 

1. Provide University Information and Communication Technology Policy to the University Information and Communication Technology Committee;
2. Propose and prepare draft Guidelines, Work Instructions or Procedures involving policies for the specific application of Information and Communication Technology in the University;
3. Provide procurement setting guidelines that need to be approved;
4. Submit issues involving compliance with Information and Communication Technology Policy methods by University staff and students;
5. Prepare reports related to the latest Information Technology as appropriate to the University and recommend its use as appropriate to the Information and Communication Technology Committee;
6. Report JKKICT activities to the Information and Communication Technology Committee (JKTMK);
7. Certify and subsequently approve procurement applications based on the University ICT Guidelines;
8. The Chairman may establish other committees and appoint any officer to serve on the committees to assist the ICT Working Committee in matters of information technology affairs.
