15 October 2019, Exa Training Room, iDEC Alpha UPM - The PTJ UPM website evaluation session was held on October 15, 2019 at Exa and Zetta Training Room at iDEC Alpha, UPM Putra Infoport from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm.

The awards ceremony in conjunction with HKIP UPM 2019 will be held on November 22, 2019. A total of 14 prizes or awards will be contested and among them the Website Management Award.

Centre of Quality Assurance (CQA) as coordinator of HKIP2019 has appointed Mr. Mohd Shafree Ahmad (iDEC) as the Chairman of the PTJ Website Star Rating Rating Committee. With the assistance of 20 other Committee Members, he will manage the PTJ UPM Website evaluation process in determining the winner of the Website Management Award.

The main activity undertaken in the rating process was the PTJ UPM Website Evaluation Session which involved almost 70 review panels. The panel of reviewers was made up of UPM staff and most of them are Website Management System Administrators (SPELs) who have approved their engagement.

To ensure the smoothness of the evaluation process, a briefing session on how to evaluate and use the system to the PTJ UPM website review panel (HKIP 2019) was held on 10 October 2019 at the Serdang Briefing Hall, Putra Chancellery Building, UPM. The briefing was delivered by Mr. Mohd Shafree Ahmad.
